As I mentioned before, today is Mother’s Day here in Portugal. I have the most amazing mother and she deserves everything good in this world. My sister and I (I have an older sister, she doesn’t live with us anymore, as she’s married and has her own family now) agreed to get my mom some sort of plant as a gift. There’s nothing my mom loves more than flowers and gardening. So, we got her this huge pink orchid, it is gorgeous! My mom really loved it and quickly propped up the vase next to the many, many, other vases she already has in our patio. As for me, I don’t have kids, but I am a proud cat mom! I have an 8-year-old yellow cat called Kiko and recently me and my boyfriend adopted a black and white kitten he named Bimmer (because of his love for BMWs). Bimmer stays at his house but he is my baby as well. He turns 8 months today, actually! I did it! I officially started streaming on Twitch again and I'm starting with Darkest Dungeon. For now, it's the only game I managed to stream (my laptop is old, ok?) but thankfully I'm really loving the game and the artwork, so I'm good. I’m trying to stream every night for a few hours and I’m naming my heroes after my followers, so if you want in on the fun, just come and check it out! I was so, so tired of looking at my desktop ! It was a mess! It was completely disorganized because I hadn’t touched it since I started writing my Master’s degree thesis (so, almost a year ago). I think I spent a good half-hour organizing everything, and now it’s much more satisfactory to look at. Storytime This was an interaction I had a few years ago, in 2014. I was 17, almost 18, and getting started on Twitter. On this particular date, it was night-time and I was probably in my room doing something like watching videos or playing games, as per usual 17-year-old me, and I saw the biggest, ugliest moth just flying around in my room... I have a HUGE insect and spider phobia , but the ones who fly and/or move really fast are the worst! I literally feel like dying when I see one. Anyway...
